Performance Assessment & Quality Assurance
Centerpoint utilizes an electronic guard tour verification system. This system ensures that security officers are making proper patrols of the client property at the scheduled intervals. Our Security Officers scan buttons and our office downloads productivity reports to ensure proper patrols. A detailed printed report can be provided to any client upon request.
